GTM Diagnostic exists because most GTM problems are not strategy problems; they're clarity problems. The leadership team usually knows something is off; what they need is a structured way to see it, name it and decide what to do first.

Why we built it

We've spent years inside scaling B2B companies (as founders, CROs, RevOps leaders and consultants). The same pattern shows up almost everywhere: leadership has strong opinions, the data is fragmented, the GTM motion has drifted, and nobody can agree on the top three things to fix.

GTM Diagnostic is the artifact we kept wishing existed: a structured, opinionated lens that gets a leadership team to the same page in an afternoon, not an offsite.

Our operating principles
